Rome

A wedding in Rome, planned with an architect’s eye

Rome weds grandeur and la dolce vita — Renaissance villas, umbrella pines, rooftop views over ancient domes and a sense of history in every stone.

Every celebration is bespoke — venue and vision, guest experience, ceremony (legal or symbolic) and the hundred quiet details that reveal themselves only on the day. We accept a limited number of weddings each year, so that yours has our full attention.

Good to know

Planning a Rome wedding

Can foreign couples legally get married in Rome?

Yes. Foreign couples can hold a legally binding civil ceremony in Rome, with the documents prepared for you, or marry legally at home and celebrate symbolically at their venue. We guide you through whichever route suits you.

How much does a Rome wedding cost?

Budgets vary with guest count, venue and season. As a guide, our couples typically invest from around €70,000 upwards for a full-service celebration, with a transparent, itemised estimate after our first conversation.

Symbolic or legal ceremony — what’s the difference?

A legal (civil) ceremony is registered with the Italian state and needs specific documents and a licensed setting. A symbolic ceremony has no legal standing and can be held anywhere, in any language. We help you decide.

When is the best time to marry in Rome?

Late April to June and September to October offer warm, clear weather away from the summer heat. We plan 18–24 months ahead to secure the finest villas.
